30 day returns
RETURNS
You have 30 days to return any items from your order for a full refund apart from any shipping costs. All items must be in their original condition, unused, with packaging and labels attached.
If you have purchased your product from one of our retailers please contact them.
RETURNS PROCESS
STEP 1
Download and print the return form from the link below. Ensure this is fully completed otherwise it could cause a delay in your return being processed.

Package your item, including the return form and affixing the return address label provided on the form to the outside of the package.
STEP 3
Return your parcel. You will be responsible for the safe return, so we suggest you use a service providing proof of postage and a trackable service. We will not take liability for any lost parcels. We will also not cover the cost of returning an unwanted item under the 30 Day Returns Policy.
STEP 4
Upon receipt of your parcel at our warehouse your return/refund will be processed within 2 working days. It can take up to 14 days for the refund to show on your account.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item you will need to return the item and place a new order. Your return will be refunded when it's been received and processed at our warehouse.
FAULTY PRODUCT CLAIMS
Every claim is reviewed individually so please provide as much information as possible.
Please email info@kansosports.co.uk with following informations:
- Proof of Purchase
- Images of the damage
- Description of the damage
Upon review of the above if we believe there to be a manufacturing fault we will send you a replacement item.
We will endeavour to review all claims within 48hrs and to have a new product delivered to you as soon as possible.
Whilst using your product for its intended purpose normal wear and tear will occur to the sole and upper of the shoes. Over time this will get to the point where you will then need to replace the product.
For indoor shoes we expect shoes to last a period equal to 12 months divided by the number of times you play a week. If you therefore play twice a week, we expect you to need to replace your shoes after 6 months.
On the rare occasion a product should arrive damaged please contact our customer service team who will be able to help you.
